CANCELLATION POLICY
You are required to cancel/rebook any and all booked services 24 hours before your booked appointment. A 10 minute grace period is allotted, if you arrive after the 10 minute mark your card will be charged 50% of your booked appointment and you’ll be asked to rebook. no call/no show + same day cancellations will be charged the FULL amount of service(s) booked. please call/text for questions or concerns on rebooking or location (615) 696-9430
