CANCELLATION POLICY

You are required to cancel/reschedule all services 24 hours in advance to your scheduled appointment(s). Failure to do so, results in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of booked service(s). A 15 minute grace period is allotted, if you arrive after the 15 minute mark you’ll be asked to rebook and accept a cancellation fee of up to 50% of booked service(s). no call/no show + same day cancellations will be charged the full amount of service(s) booked. please call/text for questions or concerns on rebooking or location (615) 696-9430
